Signal Hill Village, Machadodorp, Mpumalanga.

Signal Hill Village is planned to be an attractive and well-situated security estate, with a palisade wall, electric fencing and a security gate. It will comprise of three double storey apartment buildings, with 90 apartments and sufficient parking bays spread throughout the village. Visual plans to do a sale or long term lease agreement for as many as possible of the 90 Signal Hill apartments with one of the mining, power generation or other entities in the area before undertaking the project development.

Machadodorp is situated on the N4 freeway near Belfast, and it is more or less halfway between the provincial (i.e. Mpumalanga) capital of Nelspruit and the fast expanding Witbank/Middelburg urban area. The region of Machadodorp/Lydenburg has a fast growing mining industry, and some of the old Eskom power stations in the Machadodorp area are being fired up again. The result is that there is a general shortage of staff and family accommodation in the region.
